Mahmoud Noor, widely recognized as Mentor 001, is a Telecommunications Engineer with an extensive professional background spanning over 25 years in the telecommunications industry. He is the Founder and Chief Mentor of Swahilipot Hub Foundation, a dynamic hub dedicated to empowering and fostering opportunities for young individuals in the Technology, Creative, and Heritage sectors, enabling them to enhance their economic prospects.

In addition to his leadership role at Swahilipot Hub Foundation, Mahmoud Noor holds positions on various significant boards in Kenya. He is a member of the Kenya Green Building Society Board. He has previously served as the chairman of the Kenya Red Cross Society-Mombasa Branch, Technical Committee Board of the Communications Authority of Kenya and Serani Sports Ground.
