Kevin Nyamweya

Kevin Nyamweya is a strategy and operations leader with a background in economics and business development across global markets. He plays a key role in driving partnerships with SMEs and developing apprenticeships that equip university graduates with the skills needed in today’s job market given his commitment to fostering economic growth and youth employment .

Kevin served in strategic roles at Citadel Securities and McKinsey & Company, where he led initiatives focused on operational excellence, economic analysis, and business development. His experience spans financial services, consulting, and policy analysis, including a role as an Analyst in the Climate Change Vice Presidency at the World Bank Group.

Kevin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MSc in Economics from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Business Science in Economics from the University of Cape Town.
